We are a Dutch company producing different sorts of welded and woven mesh products.
In our product facility we have slitting machines that need replacement.
Machine 1:
Working with: 1800mm
Blade shaft chromed : 125mm
Blade : 250mm
Cutting positions: 10
Rewind: : Expandable shaft 120mm Unloading sideward
Rewind max rollsize: : 800mm
Product before cutting has to be guided so the product stays in position before being cut (no side movement of product allowed)
Unwinding shaft can be lowered so it is easy to put in a new roll
Speed is free adjustable.
There are pictures of the machine in the attachment.
Do you have a machine that can be compared to the machine as described above but more safe and with improvements?
Improvements are for example rewind tension control.
I am looking forward for your reply if you are capable of building such slitting machine.
