I am the COO of a U. S. Company. For purposes of manufacturing, I am looking to obtain pricing for Round BAR consisting of the following metals as detailed, and cut/ finished to the APPROX. The size as detailed, with some small deviation acceptable in order to obtain 99.95% + which are Substantially or Close to Equivalent in Dimensions as follows...
1.75 mm / The quarter, short for quarter dollar, is a United States coin worth 25 cents, one-fourth of a dollar. It has a diameter of. 955 inches (24.26 mm) and a thickness of. 069 inches (1.75 mm)
As stated 24mm by. 070mm, or 25mm by. 069mm ^or Minute or single digit percentile deviations which are CLOSE to the Above will be acceptable, particularly if you have such APPROX. Sizing already in Stock. You most probably have 24mm X 1.75mm as a Standard Size, which would be Completely Acceptable.
I am initially looking to obtain 50 to 100 total rounds for Final Prototyping, but then will seek to obtain a reliable supply thereafter for Production Runs. (Most probably in China).
As such, can you please QUOTE the 99, 95 Commercially Pure Rounds cut from BAR, BY Metal, and BY Volume for the Quantities as follows?
