Offer Description:
Please send us your detailed proposal for the supply of a Mobile Hydraulic Oil Recycling System with the following criteria:
1. Capacity: 600-1000 Liters per Hour.
2. Hydraulic Oil Types: Mineral oil and Synthetic oil.
3. System should be built on heavy duty steel skids for mobile operations on board ships and on land with trailer-mount to be towed by truck.
4. Oil filtration machine should be capable of removing all impurities including moisture, dirt, air, and other dissolved gases.
5. System must include all required accessories, cables, connections, switchboards, hoses, safety equipment.
6. Oil filtration system should be based on "Low Temperature and High Vacuum" principle, as per International Standard 6034 (1989) and latest revisions.
7. System must include operational spare parts sufficient for 2000 working hours.
8. System should be equipped with extended length hoses for oil and cables for external electricity power supply (50 meters hose and cable).
9. Electric power supply should be 380/440VAC, 3-phase, 50Hz.
10. System shall be designed to operate in very hot & humid weather conditions.
11. Your proposal must include flow chart of the entire operation, technical specifications, energy consumption, operation & maintenance manual, etc.
