I am a product developer needing a manufacturing price for the following product. I have a panty that is designed like a panty liner only not disposable. It will be made of cotton with a pocket at the top to put in a thin, medium or thick half circle pad to deter camel toe if needed. The underside will have a gel trim around the perimeter that can be washed by hand and laid out to dry to be used again. The gel consistency has to have a consistency that can be laid on pants so that it will cling and stay in place. But it has to be able to be washed and reused. The panty liner will come with a plastic trimmed screen that you will lay the cotton panty liner on to dry and store until the next use. The panty liner will come in cream and black.
