Offer Description:
We are a French company that aims to sell high quality nautic leather sofas in France, we would do on demand on the start and then series if the concept works.
We want to find a company that is able to manufacture waterproof sofas with nautic leather, the structure has to be good quality waterproof product like marine plywood. And the foam inside has to be at least Dry feel 35kg/m3 + Viscoelastic foam on the upper part of 5 cm; The sofa backsplashet has to be inbetween 25kg/m3 and 30kg/m3.
Imitation leather based on PVC, specifically developed for outdoor use (imitation leather on boats and yachts).
The sofa leg can be either similar to the drawing or can be like the following one (if it help reducing the production cost).
